FRIEZE SEOUL
Polly Borland, Tom Polo, Mark Whalen
6 September – 9 September 2023

STATION | ART FAIR

For Frieze Seoul 2023, STATION presents a curated group presentation placing into dialogue, for the first time, three highly regarded contemporary Australian artists – Polly Borland, Tom Polo, and Mark Whalen. These artists each challenge and transcend the portraiture genre through their ambiguous and abstracted representations of the figure, explored through, respectively, the mediums of photography, painting, and sculpture.
