Consuelo Cavaniglia and Brendan Van Hek will be in conversation with Gertrude Contemporary Artistic Director, Mark Feary tomorrow afternoon, 28 August.
Together they will unpack their current exhibition at Gertrude: 'an unreliable narrator', the first major collaboration for Cavaniglia and van Heck. The exhibition holds the task of working in collaboration as a key conceptual anchor, exploring the nature of duality from both a spatial perspective in terms of the gallery architecture at Gertrude, but also, and importantly, the alignment of two intellectual perspectives, two approaches to the development of narrative, and two distinct artistic practices.
